I'm Shera. I don't just talk about AI — I build with it. I take ideas to working software using AI, and I know how to make them ship and get used.
I'm not a traditional engineer and I don't hand-write code. I'm self-taught and AI-native: I went from business and operations to shipping real apps, automations and internal tools — by learning to build with AI. BizMap is live. The automations run daily. The ERP rollout I coordinate touches seven departments.
That's the rare part — I'm business-fluent and I can actually build. I bring the delivery rigour that makes what gets built land: scoped right, shipped, adopted, measured. I do my best work walking into ambitious, future-focused teams that care about results over titles.
